The SphereMail platform provides you with the ability to add more services to your account. You can notarize a document, receive SMS notifications, add an additional recipient, enable the Bulk Mail Forwarding service, enable the Registered Agent service, and enable the Check Deposit service too! 


To add any of these services follow the steps below: 

  • Log into your account
  • Go to the top-right icon at the corner of your screen
  • Click on the option titled "My Account"
  • Click on the section titled "Other Services"
  • Add/Enable the service you want

NOTE: All charges for additional fees can be found in the generated invoices found at Plans & Billing > Charges.
It also needs to be noted that they won't always be found under the exact date, since the system automatically adds them to the last pending/open invoice.
