Configuring your account is your stepping stone into being a part of the SphereMail family. Update your personal information, add more services, and monitor your plans and billing.
Steps:
First things first, after signing into your account, click on the top-right icon located at the corner of your screen, then click on "My Account" to access your account's settings.
- The first section titled "Account" contains all your personal information. You can edit/update your account's information and reset your password by clicking on the pen icon.
The section on the far right titled "You Provided", shows all the documents you have uploaded to your account upon subscription. This section also shows "Your assigned address" which contains your mailbox number and, of course, your assigned address.
- The second section titled "Addresses" contains all the addresses you have on your account, including your forwarding address. You can update your current address, edit, delete or add another forwarding address for a fee.
- The third section titled "Other Services" contains additional services you can add to your account.
- The third section titled "Virtual Phone Number" is where you can purchase the SpherePhone service or port your existing virtual phone number into your account. The SpherePhone service allows you to choose your desired number combination, add an area code from anywhere in the world, or choose to have a toll-free number.
- The fourth section titled "Live Answering" is where you can subscribe to SphereMail's live answering service. This service allows you to hire a professional receptionist to answer your calls promptly with your personalized greeting.
- The fifth and sixth sections titled "Activity" and "Plans & Billing" contain your mail activity and plans and billing information, respectively.
