If you want to cancel your subscription or deactivate your account, you'll need to contact your administrator and request they do that for you.
You can contact your admin/operator using the chat feature:
Or you can email/call them; you can find their contact info by following these steps:
- Click on your name at the top right of the screen > click on "My Account" > choose the "Plans & Billing" tab > click on "View plan":
- There you'll find a button reading "Cancel Subscription":
- Once you click on it, you'll get a popup message with the contact info of your operator/admin so you can call them or send them an email asking for the cancellation:
*NOTE: Customers do not have the option to cancel their accounts on their own, the operator/admin must be the one to do it. So clicking on the "Cancel Subscription" button does not cancel/deactivate your account nor does it send a cancellation request to your admin. You have to contact them personally and let them know you want to cancel your subscription.
