The pickup feature allows you to request your mail to be held at your operator’s location for you to personally pick it up by following the steps below:


  • Click on the "New" tab.
  • Choose the desired mail and click on the forward icon 
  • A pop-up message will allow you to choose the day and the time most suitable for you to pick up your mail from the location.
  • After choosing the pickup time and date, you would find your request moved to the 'Pending" tab
Please note that if the mail item is left for more than 30 days strating from the day it has been received, it will be considered overdue and storage fee may apply.
