This section in your account includes five tabs that filter your mail items according to the option you choose to request. 

  1. New →  contains all the new mail items you have received. 
  2. Pending →  contains all the mail items you have requested to be processed and are not yet completed by your operator.
  3. Processed → contains all the mail items that have been processed by the operator upon your request. At this stage, if your mail hasn’t been processed yet, you can cancel your requests. 
  4. Junk →  contains all the mail items you have marked as junk. 
  5. All mail → contains all the mail items you currently have, new, pending, processed, and junk.
